It was disappoining on return as we had to wait in the cold and rain for the bus to pick us up. It would help if they provided a shelter at the pick-up point and it was not a disance to walk to the pick-up point. Outgoing journey was fine.

Why is the phone at the opposite end of the airport to the pick up point? Why not supply clients with a contact number they can ring from a mobile.
